Dr. Vipin Kumar Singhal

Dr. Vipin Kumar Singhal obtained his Master’s degree, PhD, and Bachelor of Education from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, in Political Science. He has qualified the UGC-NET examination in Political Science. Dr. Singhal has completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship from the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi, and has published more than fifteen research papers in various national-level journals and edited volumes.

He is the author of the published books Women and Human Rights (2013), Women Empowerment in India (2016), and Panchayati Raj Institutions and Grassroots Politics (2016). He is currently working as a Lecturer in Political Science at Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad.
