Dr. Meenu Poonia was born on May 8, 1989, in the village of Jui Khurd, Bhiwani district, Haryana. She is an international gold medalist in martial arts and a former member of the Indian national women’s cricket team. Currently, she is serving at the Central Cooperative Bank in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Dr. Meenu Poonia has been honored with several prestigious titles and awards, including an honorary doctorate from World Record University, London. Some of her notable accolades are India’s Great Leader Award (2018), Recognition by Red FM 94.3, Sashakt Naari Samman (2019), Women of the Future Award (2019), Abhijna Sahitya Samman (2019), Late Sumitranandan Pant Memorial Literary Award (2020), Corona Warriors Honor (2020), Mechanical Ventilation for COVID-19 Certificate by Harvard Medical School (2020).
